What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund up to 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations within 14 days of the course receive a 50% credit toward a future cohort. No refunds are issued within 48 hours of the course. Contact info@rehabacademy.ca to start a refund or credit request.

Do you offer CEU or continuing education credits?

Yes — each 2-day course is eligible for 18 CEU / CE hours through your applicable regulatory association. This applies to physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy in Ontario and most Canadian provinces. We also provide a certificate of completion at the end of every course.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes — free parking is available on-site at Progressive Rehab in Brampton. The parking lot accommodates all course participants.

Question 4

Is lunch provided?

We often order pizza for the group. You're welcome to bring your own lunch as well — a microwave is available on-site. We have a 1-hour break each day for lunch.

What should I bring to the course?

Comfortable clothing for hands-on practice, a notebook, and a water bottle. All course materials, handouts, and clinical reference sheets are provided.

What happens if I miss Day 1 of the course?

Attendance on both days is required for full course completion and CEU credit. Day 2 builds directly on the hands-on practice from Day 1. In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — we will work with you to find the best solution, including transferring you to a future cohort.

Can I transfer my registration to a different cohort?

Yes — registrations can be transferred to any future cohort up to 14 days before the original course start date, with no transfer fee. After that window, a 50% credit applies. Email info@rehabacademy.ca to request a transfer.

Question 8

Can someone else take my spot if I can't attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes — registrations can be transferred to another clinician, provided they meet the prerequisites for that specific module. Please notify us in advance so we can update our records.

Question 9

Do you offer group discounts for clinics?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer group rates for clinics registering 3 or more clinicians for the same cohort. Email info@rehabacademy.ca with your team details and we will send you a group quote.
